However, due to our commitment to quality care, emergencies do arise and this may sometimes result in delays in seeing patients. We try to keep you informed if this happens. In order to help you know what to expect, we ask that you note the following: Payment is expected at the time of service, and copays are due at the time of check-in. OB patients are required to pay their coinsurance before the 7th month of pregnancy. Surgery patients are required to pay their coinsurance before surgery. Payment may be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. In addition, failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time may result in a $25.00 rescheduling fee. |
